The CLO Assessment: Covers 5 years of the Candidate’s life and background. The voice interview is conducted with our AI Vetting Officer and is Quality Assured by expert human vetting officers. It is likened to a national security clearance “Baseline” level interview, analysis and associated standard.

Stephanie conducts a one-on-one background screening interview with your Candidate that covers all essential background topics including education, overseas travel and foreign contacts, work history, workplace performance issues, workplace security violations, criminal history and illegal drug use.
 
Your Candidate will get a verification code with instructions on how to start the interview. When they are ready, they start the one-on-one interview with Stephanie and confirm the activation code. Once the interview is complete, it is quality assured by expert human vetting officers. It is likened to a 5 year coverage Baseline level interview, analysis and associated standard.

What Are The Costs Of A Cleard.life Assessment?

There is a single cost for the required assessment, less discounts. There are a number of "add-ons" and specialized services which the Sponsor can choose. For organisations that require more than 500 checks per year, we can customise our assessments and pricing further.

How Do I Pay For The Cleard.life Qualification?

Individuals do not pay for the assessment. Sponsoring organisations pay for the Cleard.life check.

I’m Not Hiring At The Moment, How Do I Cancel?

Please contact our customer success team; they will assist you with downgrading or pausing your membership.

I Need More Checks, How Do I Upgrade?

Our customer success team would love to set up a time to meet with you either telephonically or in person. They will be able to suggest the best plan for your needs and will walk you through the process.

How Flexible Are Your Plans? Can I Upgrade or Downgrade At Any Time?

Our pay-as-you-go plan is the best option if you are looking for flexibility.
All plans are easy to upgrade, and our customer success team will be able to assist with changing your account.
Our Professional, Dedicated and White-Label plans run from year to year, but we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis if an account needs to be downgraded.

What Are My Payment Options?

Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal or direct transfer.

How Does the Free Trial Work?

The free trial is a one-off candidate assessment based on the pay-as-you-go plan. Your business will need to sign up for an account and submit the candidate. The candidate will then take the Suitability Assessment, after which time our Vetting Officer will review the interview. The results will be made available within five business days.

Is The Free Trial Option More Limited Than a Full Check?

The free trial is exactly what you would receive if you selected the pay-as-you-go plan where the assessment is ordered, and results are provided within our portal. Results are made available within five business days.

What Happens At The End of My Free Trial?

You will have a pay-as-you-go plan, and your profile will remain active on our system. When you wish to order further assessments, this can be done on a one-off basis from your account, or you can purchase a pre-pay pack and qualify for a discount. If you wish to be removed, please contact customer support.

Do I Have to Sign A Contract?

When a business signs up for an account, there are binding terms and conditions that are required before a candidate interview request can be activated.
Candidates will sign a Statutory Declaration when they, agree to a Suitability Assessment.

Do You Need My Credit Card Details?

Your credit card payment is handled by a third party. We do not receive or store your credit card details.

What Are the Setup Fees?

A set-up fee only applies to Dedicated and White Label plans. Your sales representative will sit with you to walk through the process.

Are There Any Discounts?

Our pre-pay plan offers exciting discounts if you order 3 or more assessments in advance. Buying 50 assessments in advance qualifies your business for a 20% discount.

What is Your Cancellation / Refund Policy?

We are here to make your every interaction with Cleard Life easy and happy. We will refund 80% of your amount if you cancel your assessment before the candidate starts the interview. If the candidate leaves the interview in the middle we will refund 20% of your amount
